Yes it is possible to make Sophie with Lara pattern. If you look through comments on the Gallery page, you will find the pattern for the head. For the body use BB doll pattern. The only thing I didn’t work out and made pattern for (so far) were tassels used for pony tails.
Doll is very simple to make. If you will need more detailed pattern and further explanation, please let me know.
